CHAPMAN Graham Passed away suddenly at home on 12th June aged 77 years. Beloved husband of Liz, much loved dad of Angela, Paul and Donna and father-in-law of Mark. Treasured grandad to Chloe, Devon, Lillie and Corey. A dear brother of Kay and uncle of Teresa and a good friend to many. Friends please meet for a service at Thorncliffe Crematorium on Wednesday 3rd July at 1pm. Family flowers only please.
