SOWERBY John ('Jack') On 10th June, peacefully in the care of Lapstone House, Millom, Jack aged 94 years, beloved husband of Brenda, loving father of Christine and Paul, father-in-law of Barry, grandfather of Zara, Paul, Jack and the late Gareth, great grandfather of Brady, Novalee, Connie and Milah. A good friend to many and much respected by all at Millom Cricket Club. The funeral service will be held on Monday 1st July at 11.00 am at St George's Church, Millom, followed by burial within the town cemetery. Family flowers only; donations in lieu towards St Mary's Hospice may be sent to Sheldon (Funeral Services) Ltd, Lapstone Road, Millom. Tel 772295.
