TALBOT James 'JIM' Aged 81, born Blackburn but now of Walney, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on the 19th April 24. A loving husband to Jean, a beloved dad to Alan and Lynne, father-in-law to Paula, a much loved grandad, great grandad and as the ex-landlord of both the House of Lords and Blue Lamp, a friend to many. Those who knew Jim are invited to attend a service to celebrate his life which will be held at the Trevelyan Chapel, Dalkeith Street, Barrow on Thursday 2nd May at 1:30 p.m. followed by a private burial at Thorncliffe Cemetery. It is requested family flowers only but donations to the British Heart Foundation are welcome and can either be donated directly to the charity or at the service.
