LOWE Albert 'Bert' Aged 83 of Swarthmoor passed away peacefully in the excellent care of Risedale Nursing Home, Abbey Road, Barrow on the 29th February after a difficult year borne with humour and patience. Much loved husband of Brenda, loving and respected father of Tony and Peter, special father-in-law to Julie and a caring grandad to Louis.
