CHARLESWORTH Hazel Passed away peacefully in the excellent care of St Georges Nursing Home on Monday 15th February aged 86. Dearly loved wife of the late Ian Charlesworth, loving mother to David and Richard and proud grandma to Holly, Amber, Brett, Ryan, Robert and Louie. Friends please meet for a service at 1.30pm on Thursday 7th March at Dalton Community Church, colourful clothing can be worn. Family flowers only, but donations if so desired for St Mary's Hospice and North West Air Ambulance may be left at the service or via the Little and Caine website.
