GREEN Phillip Passed away peacefully with his loving family at home on Saturday 9th December aged 62. Dearly loved Husband of Ann, proud and loving Dad of Joanna and Claire. Special brother, uncle and friend to many. Please meet for a service at the Trevelyan Chapel on Monday 18th December, 11:30am. Family flowers only, donations if desired may be left after the service or c/o Little and Caine obituaries page for Furness Cancer Nursing Fund, FGH Oncology Unit and St Mary's Hospice @ Home team.
