GREAVES Patricia "Pat" Pat aged 89 years, passed away peacefully after a short illness in The Hampton Care Home, Lytham St Annes, on 8th Oct, surrounded by her children. Beloved wife of the late Norman. Much loved mum to Philip, Alison & Susan, dearest Mother-in-law of Stephen & Madeleine. Treasured nanna to her grand-children (7) and great grand-daughters (2). Service at Lytham Park Cemetery & Crematorium on 26th Oct at 12.15.
