WILSON Cedric Passed away peacefully at Furness General Hospital on 1st September 2023. Dearly loved husband of the late Wendy, loving father of Joanne and Gary and step-father of Sharon, much loved father-in-law, brother, grandfather and great-grandfather. Funeral service to be held on Wednesday 20th September at 1.00pm at St Mark's Church, Barrow followed by cremation at Thorncliffe Crematorium, Barrow. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to The Alzheimer's Society. All enquiries to Co-op Funeralcare Barrow Tel : 820517.

I was first introduced to Ceddy Wilson by my good friend Billy Waldron back in the early eighties, they were both played pool for the Peacock Inn on Rawlinson St. My first impression off Ced was that he was a quite man, easy going and very reliable as he proved in many a pool game over that season. Great Bloke to get on with and will be sadly missed by many RIP Mate. Legends Team players consisted off Gary McFarlane, Jeff Stewart, Ced Wilson, Dave Morgan, Ray Round, Billy Waldron, and Les Dwyer.
