HODGSON Peter (MBE) Former Mayor of Millom On 13th March, peacefully in hospital, Peter aged 81 years of Derwentwater Close, Millom, beloved husband of Dorothy, loving father of Rachel and the late Angela, father-in-law to Wayne and the late Ian, grandfather to Liam and Beth, brother, uncle and friend to many. A private funeral service and cremation will be held in due course. Family flowers only; donations in lieu towards The Stroke Association may be sent to Sheldon (Funeral Services) Ltd, Lapstone Road, Millom. Tel 772295.

Peter was a first class gent who was very well liked throughout Millom. He was always able to offer feedback on any situation both friendship and technical. During his days as Secretary of Millom Conservative club he carried out his duties to a very high standard.
