STEVENS Gerald Edward (Ged) Aged 86. It is with great sadness to announce the late Gerald Edward Stevens passed away peacefully after a brief illness on Sunday 29th January 2023. Loving husband of Shelagh Stevens for 63 years, devoted father to Michael and Christopher, father-in-law to Renata and Kerry, cherished grandad to Michael (MJ), Becky, Samuel (Sam) and Deniz, special great-grandad to Evie, loyal, trusted friend to everyone who knew Ged. Funeral Service to be held at Thorncliffe Crematorium on Thursday 16th February 2023 at 1pm. Family flowers only please, donations if so desired to The RNLI and Cumbria Mountain Rescue.
