KNOWLES Dorothy (nee Sawrey) On 26th November, peacefully in hospital, Dorothy, aged 93 years of Penhaven, North Lane, Haverigg. Beloved wife of the late Frank, much loved and devoted mother of Wendy, Christine and Graham, grandmother of Lauren and Stephen, Charlotte and Andrew, Hannah and Holly, a very dear mother-in-law and aunt. The funeral service will be held on Monday 12th December at Thorncliffe Crematorium at 11.30 a.m. followed by cremation. All are welcome to join the family to celebrate Dot's life at Haverigg Cricket Club after 1.30pm, including those who cannot attend the crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in lieu towards Millom Hospital, may be left at the crematorium or sent to Sheldon (Funeral Services) Ltd, Lapstone Road, Millom, LA18 4BZ, Tel: 772295.
