ARNOLD Bernard On 17th October, suddenly at home in Kendal, Bernard aged 87 years, formerly of Millom, beloved husband of the late Mary, loving father of Michael and David, father-in-law of Deborah and Julie, grandad of Ben, Hannah, Holly and Tom and good friend to many. The funeral service will be held at Millom Methodist Church, Queen St, on Monday 31st October at 11am followed by burial within Millom Cemetery at St George's Church. Family flowers only; donations in lieu of Cancer Research UK may be sent to Sheldon (Funeral Services) Ltd, Lapstone Road, Millom. Tel 01229 772295.
