COWLEY Howard William Died peacefully in St Hellier Hospital on 6th September 2022 aged 75 years. Dearly loved husband of Young Hee. He will be greatly missed by many friends. Service to be held at St. John's Church, Barrow Island, followed by burial at Barrow Cemetery, on Wednesday 21st September at 11.30am. Howard has requested no flowers and no black clothing.
