HEANEY Terrence (Former teacher of St Aloysius School) Passed away peacefully in St Luke's Nursing Home with his son John at his side on 9th August 2022, aged 89 years. Beloved husband of the late Julia, loving dad of John, much loved brother of Fr John, brother-in-law of Pauline and the late Arthur and dear uncle of the late David. A Requiem Mass is to be celebrated at St Mary's RC Church, Barrow, on Monday 22nd August at 12 noon prior to burial in Barrow Cemetery. All enquiries to Little and Caine, 1-3 Dalkeith Street, Barrow. A lovely teacher who taught me French He was a gentleman and I don't think I ever saw him lose his temper once.
He was admired by many of us. Thinking of all his family and friends.

RIP MR HEANEY

My old French teacher from school. He was patient kind and softly spoken I don't think I ever saw him lose his temper once when he taught me.
A lovely kind gentleman. I'm sure he will be remembered by many former pupils .
