DOWLING Raymond On 3rd July, aged 96 years peacefully in Furness General Hospital. Loving husband of Jean of 74 years, father of 7, grandfather of 17, great-grandfather of 34, great-great-grandfather of 1. Much admired for sharing his skills as an engineer. Greatly loved for his humour and stories that come with the experience of a life well lived. Funeral service to take place at Pennington Church on Thursday 21st July at 2:15pm, followed by cremation at Thorncliffe Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to be shared between Pennington Church and R.N.L.I. All enquiries to Co-op Funeralcare, Ulverston, tel 582167.
