CLAPPERTON Hubert Aged 90 years, after a long illness bravely borne, passed away on 2nd June with his devoted daughter Ruth by his side. Beloved husband of the late Jean and a treasured grandad. Funeral service to take place at 1.45pm on Friday 17th June at St George's Church followed by a service of committal at Thorncliffe Crematorium at 2.30pm. Family flowers only please. Donations, if so desired, in support of research into Parkinson's Disease by The University of Sheffield may be left at the Church or sent to Little and Caine, 1-3 Dalkeith St, Barrow. Tel: 820747.
