ASKEW Michael (Mike) Aged 78 of Lyndhurst Road, Ulverston. Passed away suddenly on 4th May at Furness General Hospital. Dearly loved husband of the late Susan, dad of David and Steven, father-in-law of Julia, grandad of Katie and Lola and brother of Jean. Friends please meet for a service on Friday 13th May, 11.30 at the Trevelyan Chapel, Dalkeith Street, Barrow. Family flowers only please and donations for the British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research can be sent via the Little and Caine website (obituaries page). So sorry to read Mick has passed, a lovely man who was a pleasure to serve in M&S, the bowling fraternity will surely miss him. Together again with his wife.
