BEACH Norman William Aged 77, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on 1st April 2022 at the Royal Blackburn Hospital. Much loved and cherished husband of Lorraine, proud dad of Greg and Nick, loving grandad to Henry and Sophia, dear father-in-law to Samantha and Jess, brother-in-law to Kathryn, Stuart, Richard, Olwyn, Darren and Lucy, and uncle to Lauren, Scott, Danielle, Sam, Matthew and Freddie. Norman will be sadly missed by many. Family Flowers only please. Donations can be made for St. Mary's Hospice via the Little and Caine obituary page. A service to celebrate Norman's life will take place on Tuesday 19th April, at 12.00 hrs, at St Mary's Church, Duke Street. So sad to hear this news, I remember having some really happy times watching Holker Old Boys football for several seasons with Norman. RIP

Knew Norman during his time as a copper in Barrow. Always immaculate in his turn out and conduct. He served in an era when coppers were names not just collar number. He was a man who was respected by the public and his colleagues. R.I.P mate
