I had the joy and pleasure of working with May for many years on the district.

Family was everything to May and she extended that to the wonderful care she gave to the families we visited. She brightened their day and was loved by them all.
She was compassionate and dedicated to nursing. I remember when she fell in the snow and broke her fingers but carried on working with telling anyone.
Those fingers were never the same!!

May had an amazingly cheerful attitude to life, would do anything for anyone with a smile and word of encouragement.

I have so many lovely memories.
RIP May, lovely lady. You were much loved and will be missed by many. Xx

I was so very sorry to hear of the loss of this lady , a true super woman and a wonderful nurse with whom i had the pleasure of working during my training and after . We had some real adventures and some good laughs on a Tuesday on our excursions in to the Lakes and did everything from hang patients washing out , feeding the cat and give out some pretty good care and provide much needed company to some . Those were the days May .
. I remember you meeting Rob and how happy you were and have continued to be .
I have a lot of good memories to thank you for .
God Bless May . x
