METCALF Dorothy (nee Shaw) On October 28th, peacefully in the care of St George's Residential Home, Millom, Dorothy aged 90 years, late of Lonsdale Road, Millom, beloved wife of the late Stanley, much-loved mother of Peter, Ian and the late Linda, mother-in-law of Sue, Kirsty and Paul, very dear grandmother of Steven, Lee, Jason, Ryan, Sam and Taylor, and great-grandmother. The funeral service will be held on Friday 5th November at 11.00 at St George's Church, Millom, followed by burial within the town cemetery. Flowers and enquiries to Sheldon (Funeral Services) Ltd, Lapstone Road, Millom. Tel 772295.
