WHITEWAY Dorothy Ann Susan, Julie and families would like to express their heartfelt thanks to all their relatives, friends and neighbours and to Stephen and Michael Barton, we are truly overwhelmed for the kind expressions of sympathy at this sad time. Special thanks to the ambulance crews, paramedics, nurses and doctors of FGH and CCU at Blackpool Victoria hospitals.
