ASHBURNER, John Robert - Gillian and family would like to thank all the doctors and nurses involved in dad's care, to Dr Fraser, district nurses, St Mary's Hospice, Dr Goyder, Dr Suriya and their team and staff on Ward 6. A special thank you to all friends and professionals who supported myself and the children throughout this distressing time.
