POSTLETHWAITE, Jack (John) - Ena and family of the late Jack (John) Postlethwaite would like to thank all relatives and friends for their kindness, cards and messages of sympathy and donations for the Hospice, following their very sad loss. A very special thank you to all the staff at St Mary's Hospice and the Hospice at Home Nurses for all the loving care they gave Jack and their help to the family, grateful thanks to Dr G Murray for all his care and the District Nurses, Marilyn Fell for a very special service, Margaret and staff at The co-operative funeralcare, for their help, Les, Chris and staff for an excellent buffet and to everyone who attended the funeral making this a very special farewell to Jack.
