PENNY, Kathleen Eva - The family of the late Kathleen Eva Penny wish to express their heartfelt thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement, which were particularly appreciated over Christmas and the New Year. The donations for St. Mary's Hospice are also gratefully acknowledged. Thanks to Dr. Michael Green and his colleagues and the doctors and staff of Abbey View and H.D.U. at Furness General Hospital. The family are also grateful for the visits and support of the Rev. Tony Wells and for the service of thanksgiving for Kath that he arranged. Special thanks to Margaret Hornby and the staff at The co-operative Funeralcare for their professional and caring advice and guidance which was much appreciated.
