CROUCH, Sheila Joan - Barbara, Roger and family wish to express their sincere thanks to relatives and friends for all their kindness, sympathy cards and donations received for St. Mary's Hospice. Special thanks to all the nursing staff and doctors at the Furness General Hospital and the Ulverston Health Centre for the care and attention given to Sheila, the loving care given to Sheila by her dedicated team of ladies of the Lakeland Care and Support Services, to the Reverend Andy Batchelor for his thoughtful and comforting words at the funeral service, and to Sacha and staff of The co-operative funeralcare for their care and guidance throughout.
