BUTTERFIELD, Brian - Jeanette, Marc, Simon and Karen would like to thank the district nurses, Dr Clayson and all the staff at St. Mary's Hospice, Little and Caine for their dignified handling of the funeral and Rev. Ron Wilson for the service and to all ours and Brian's relatives and friends for their kindness, sympathy and support.
