HOWELL, Gordon Esau - Sheila and family would like to extend their sincere thanks to all their relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness, sympathy, letters, cards and donations for Macmillan Nurses, Hospice at Home and District Nurses. Special thanks to Dr. O'Donovan of Risedale Surgery, Philip Hunter District Nurse, Mary from Hospice at Home and Nick from Macmillan Nurses for the care, support and kindness given to them all, Canon John Watson for his moving Requiem Mass, Mike and staff of Little and Caine for all the funeral arrangements and Clarence House for the excellent refreshments.
