CARTHY, George - Stephen, George's son and his granddaughter Diana, would like to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended George's funeral and the wake afterwards at the Lisdoonie Hotel. We were touched by the warmth and kindness of his many friends, too many to mention in this notice. Special love from us both is reserved for Anne, George's partner of 25 years and her family. It was good to meet the two George's, Crick and their better halves who formed the group of friends along with George and Anne who enjoyed so many Sunday evenings out and holidays together. Our thanks go to Duncan and the team at Little and Caine for their kindness and professionalism helping us through this difficult time. Our special thanks and appreciation go to the Reverend Martin Williams for his ministrations and conduct of the service. Lastly, to the 'Rouges' - you know who you are and you have a legacy to continue.
