A MILLOM man has been fined after admitting a racially aggravated charge of being threatening or abusive.
Jason Heasley, 42, of Lowther Road, Millom, admitted being threatening or abusive to Cengiz Afacan on April 21.
He also admitted a charge of resisting a police officer in the execution of their duty.
Appearing at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on May 9, Heasley was fined a total of £700 for the two charges and was ordered to pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85.
