A BIZARRE video has surfaced on YouTube which claims to show footage of a "mysterious figure in white" who has reportedly been spotted at Furness Abbey.
The red ruins of Furness Abbey have been the scene of numerous ghost sightings over the years.
In 1985 professional photographer Roy Chatfield took a picture of the abbey's West Tower and when he later examined it he discovered the print showed a ghostly figure standing in the grounds.
A video has now been uploaded to YouTube by Bardsea-Green Films which "examines" the case of the white figure spotted at the abbey over the years. A rather suspect video clip is included of a white figure walking through a tunnel.
Links to a Facebook page from the YouTube account reveal Bardsea-Green Films which was "founded by Stephen George Rae and Paul Alan Rigg".
The account states it makes short and experimental films inspired by old B-movies; Dada and Surrealism; the paranormal; and local history and folklore.
