A MAGISTRATE has ordered a man from Ormsgill to cut down on his drinking after he was kicked out of a bar for being drunk.
Tyler Jesson, 20, of Angle Meadow Lane, Barrow, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly outside Theatre Bar in Barrow on October 29 at Furness Magistrates' Court.
Representing himself in court, Jesson said: "I am sorry, I had just had too much to drink. That is what happens isn't it? I am just going to calm down on drinking."
Presiding magistrate Robert Fletcher, said: "You have the look of someone who has an alcohol problem. You need to control that or you will be back here again."
He was ordered to pay a fine of £80, a victim surcharge of £30 and crown prosecution costs of £85.
