You can help a regional children's hospice by simply walking along the beach this year.
The Morecambe Bay Walk is returning on Saturday, May 18 and is now the longest running fundraiser organised by Derian House.
Participants are asked to walk the seven miles from Arnside to Grange-over-Sands, led by the King's Guide to the Sands Michael Wilson.
All that is required is those taking part to raise at least £50 through donations individually, or they have the option to give the sum directly to the hospice themselves.
Derian House operates across the northwest and focuses on caring for babies, children and young people, with their services costing £6 million every year.
