Firefighters tackle car fire
A VEHICLE fire prompted action from a team of firefighters.
One crew from Ulverston were called out yesterday to a car fire in Lindal just after 3pm.
A fire service spokesman said: "Crews used one hose reel, one breathing apparatus and small tools to extinguish the fire.
"Fire service were in attendance for approximately thirty minutes."
