Sandy Nevinson, 26, spoke at Fashion, Food and Fizz to thank the North West Air Ambulance and Blackpool Cardiac unit after she was seriously injured in a car crash last year.
The event raised thousands of pounds for both causes, with the sell-out crowd enjoying a sparkling night of entertainment.
