Gary Barlow is getting ready for a flurry of gigs this month in his hometown of Manchester.
But the Take That star still had enough time to catch a break at one of Cumbria's most popular stops.
On Monday, May 6, Barlow took to social media to share his love of one particular service station on the M6.

Alongside a picture of Tebay Services, he branded it as the 'Rolls Royce of services', a story that reached all of his 1.1 million followers on Instagram.
Take That have just finished a run of performances in Glasgow with Barlow making the long journey south by car.
The group will be performing at Manchester's AO Arena on Tuesday, May 7 for five nights, with Barlow and bandmates Mark Owen and Howard Donald greeting what is expected to be a fervent home crowd.
They were initially scheduled to play at the new Co-op Live Arena, though technical issues have scuppered those plans and a number of other recent shows.
Bosses at the arena are still confident that the venue will open next week from May 14, with Take That's June performances in Manchester set to grace that particular stage.
Whilst that drama was unfolding, Barlow was cutting a relaxed figure as prepared for the gig at one of the UK's best sites for a quick break.
Last year, Tebay Services, located between Junctions 38 and 39 on the M6, was named as the second best in the nation by Kia.com, whilst Cinch Insurance argued it needed to be placed at the top of the list.
