A MOUNTAIN Rescue team was called out to a walker suffering from a 'medical episode.'
Wasdale MRT was called out on May 1 to the Greathall Gill and Whin Rigg area.
A spokesperson said: "A call was received from Cumbria Police about a lone walker who was having a medical episode and was very distressed.
"She was unable to move further from her current position.
"A limited callout was made and when team members arrived on the scene an assessment was made.
"The walker had recovered somewhat and was able to walk with some assistance and reassurance to the valley floor. We wish the walker well."
